Our purpose is to fortify the well-being and resilience of our military and veterans; to help them become stronger leaders, more reliable family members, and healthier individuals throughout their time in the military and beyond.
Our Vision
We want our military’s leaders to have the knowledge, the confidence and the resilience to lead, grow and thrive while being role models in a military that is increasingly free of harmful, abusive and destructive behaviors.
Our Mission
We equip and sustain our first-line military leaders—the backbone of our military—with a holistic set of life skills to better themselves, their families, and the service members they lead. We strengthen our military—and our society—through a scientifically validated methodology enhanced with experts and communities providing lifelong support, engagement and personalized services.
The Challenge
360MVP Fortifies the well-being and resilience of our Military’s first-line leaders, the backbone of our Military, our Non-Commissioned (NCO) Corps. These leaders are the first identifiers and first responders responsible for the well-being of our Nations Treasure: America’s sons and daughters who have volunteered to support and defend our great nations constitution.
Learn MoreOur Values
Our values correspond to our American Values as depicted by the symbolism of our National Flag.
Courage
We believe it takes courage to look deep and truly know and value ourselves, especially during chal- lenging times. Only with this understanding can we effectively and honestly connect with our family, friends, and those we lead.
High Ideals
Every dimension of our human experience – mind, body, soul, security, community, and relationships – is interconnected; when one dimension suffers, it affects the whole. We strive to provide sustained im- provement and continued growth across all dimen- sions of the “whole person,” ultimately improving the resilience of our military’s leaders, the strength of our country and the advancement of our society.
Vigilance
While our Military has a responsibility to be vigilant to threats to our Constitution, both foreign and domes- tic, we feel a responsibility to be vigilant to threats to our Military and to those who serve. Challenges to the “whole health” of our first line leaders – too often resulting in abuse, mental illness and suicide – is a threat against which we will be eternally vigilant and fully committed to defeating.
Sacrifice
We recognize and honor the sacrifice our military makes to defend our country. We believe we have a moral obligation to honor that sacrifice and to do everything we can to make a difference in the lives of our service members, veterans, and their families.
Service
Serving those who serve others is core to 360° MVP. We recognize that only with the highest levels of integrity and pure intentions can we honorably endeavor to make the strong stronger.
Justice
The essence of our Military is to provide the security under which a peaceful, prosperous, and just society can flourish. To do this, we must value each other’s unique story and recognize that we all face challenges from time to time. We believe we owe it to those who have and will sacrifice so much to provide the support and services they need to succeed in their roles and in life.
