Welcome to the 2nd Infantry Division Chapter
Welcome to the Camp Humphreys Chapter of 360MVP, dedicated to serving the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and spouses of the historic 2nd Infantry Division / ROK-U.S. Combined Division. As the premier power projection platform in the Pacific, Camp Humphreys demands the highest state of readiness from its personnel. At 360MVP, we believe tactical readiness begins with personal resilience.
Our chapter was established to ensure that our first-line leaders possess the holistic life skills—spanning mind, body, spirit, relationships, and financial fitness—necessary to lead with empathy, counter toxic behaviors, and excel in a high-tempo, overseas environment. By making our strong NCOs stronger, we secure the future of the force and the well-being of the families who support them.
Empowering “Second to None” Leaders
The bedrock of this chapter is its members. Our local community was forged by a dedicated cohort of NCO leaders who stepped forward to complete the 360MVP Leader 360 Course. Through this scientifically validated, evidence-based program led by PhD-level experts and seasoned combat veterans, these individuals gained the tools to master sleep hygiene, fortify their marriages, and reduce the heavy psychological toll of military life.
Equipped to change organizational culture from the ground up, this cohort serves as the active pulse of our mission across Camp Humphreys, proving every day that a resilient soldier is a lethal and effective leader.
Meet Our Chapter Leadership
True to the spirit of the NCO Corps, our chapter is entirely self-governed by the very peers who walked through the program. Following the graduation of our inaugural class, these four exceptional leaders volunteered and were officially elected by their fellow cohort members to serve on the executive board.
Chapter President: Directly oversees chapter growth, coordinates local events, and serves as the primary liaison between 360MVP headquarters and Camp Humphreys command leadership.
Chapter Vice President: Supports strategic initiatives and leads local outreach to ensure new NCOs and incoming families are connected to our resilience network.
Chapter Treasurer: Manages local chapter resources and coordinates allocations for community-building activities and sustainment events.
Chapter Secretary: Manages chapter correspondence, updates member directories, and maintains historical records of our impact within the division.
Together, they ensure that the life-changing support of 360MVP doesn’t end when the course finishes—offering lifelong sustainment, community engagement, and peer-to-peer accountability.
