Joint Base Lewis-McChord Veteran Support Beyond Leader 360
360MVP provides Joint Base Lewis-McChord veteran support through leadership development, resilience resources, and continued connection for military members, veterans, and their families after the Leader 360º Course. Our second Chapter to organize supports the over 300 360MVP members that live and serve in the JBLM Military community where we are pleased to support the Commanding General’s R.E.A.D.Y Executive Leader Program to promote resilience of the 110,000 active Soldiers, Family Members and Government Civilians. 360MVP JBLM Chapter promotes connections with 360 Team, among members and supports JBLM resilience campaign.
Joint Base Lewis-McChord veteran support continues beyond formal leadership development by helping members stay connected to the broader 360MVP community. The chapter gives military members, veterans, and families a local point of connection for continued growth, resilience, and engagement.
Continuing Growth and Connection
Through 360MVP, members can keep building on the whole-person skills emphasized through the Leader 360 Course. They can also continue developing those skills through related leadership efforts. These areas include resilience, relationships, physical well-being, financial readiness, leadership, and personal growth. The goal is to help members carry those skills into everyday leadership, military service, transition, and life beyond uniformed service.
The JBLM Chapter also helps members remain connected as their careers change. Their responsibilities may change too. Local connection can help strengthen relationships among people who understand the demands of military service and transition. Members can also stay connected to the broader 360MVP network, explore membership opportunities, and learn more about the 360 Approach.
This ongoing connection supports 360MVP’s broader goal of helping military leaders strengthen themselves, support others, and carry those skills forward throughout service and beyond.
