360MVP provides Joint Base San Antonio veteran support through leadership development, resilience resources, and continued connection for military members, veterans, and their families. Our first Chapter to organize supports the over 400 360MVP members that live and serve in the JBSA Military community. Located in San Antonio—Military City, USA—with a Military Community of over 250,000. We have been delivering Leader 360° Courses that have graduated leaders from each service since 2017. Most courses are delivered on Fort Sam Houston at the Vogel Resilience Center. 360MVP JBSA Chapter promotes connections with 360 Team, among members and supports JBSA resilience campaign.
Joint Base San Antonio veteran support continues beyond the Leader 360 Course by giving members a local connection point for continued growth, resources, and engagement. The chapter supports continued engagement across the San Antonio area. It brings together military leaders, veterans, families, and other members of the 360MVP community.
Through local connection and ongoing participation, members can stay involved with the broader 360MVP mission. They can also continue developing the whole-person skills emphasized through the Leader 360º Course. These areas include resilience, relationships, physical well-being, financial readiness, leadership, and personal growth.
The chapter also helps members build relationships with others who understand military service. Those connections can be especially valuable during transition. The Leader 360º Course is not intended to be a one-time experience. Through its chapter network, 360MVP helps members stay connected to resources, peers, and opportunities for continued growth.
