Fort Irwin Military and Veteran Support Beyond Leader 360
360MVP provides Fort Irwin military and veteran support through leadership development and resilience resources. We also help service members, veterans, and their families stay connected. The National Training Center Chapter was founded in June 2022. It followed the graduation of the first 80 NCO leaders to attend a Leader 360 Course at the National Training Center. Four leaders, pictured below, volunteered to serve the chapter. Their fellow members elected them as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Fort Irwin military and veteran support continues beyond formal leadership development. The chapter helps members stay connected to the broader 360MVP community. The chapter gives service members, veterans, and families a local point of connection for continued growth, resilience, and engagement.
Through 360MVP, members can keep building on the whole-person skills emphasized through the Leader 360 Course. They can also continue developing those skills through related leadership efforts. These areas include resilience, relationships, physical well-being, financial readiness, leadership, and personal growth. The goal is to help members carry those skills into everyday leadership, military service, transition, and life beyond uniformed service.
The Fort Irwin chapter also helps members remain connected as their careers change. Their responsibilities may change too. Local connection can strengthen relationships among people who understand the demands of military service and transition. Members can also stay connected to the broader 360MVP network of members, explore membership opportunities, and learn more about the 360 Approach.
This ongoing connection supports 360MVP’s broader mission. It helps military leaders strengthen themselves, support others, and carry those skills throughout service and beyond.
